Three weeks ago I started a healthy eating plan and finess regime.I use my wii fit evert morning for one hour, a combination of step exercises, muscle training, yoga, jogging etc. I am losing 1-2 pounds a week which I think is sensible, and have started to notice slight differences in my body shape. The area I want to target is the back. I have two rather unsightly rolls of fat which sit below my bra strap, ( back titties I call them ) and I wnat to know is there a specific excercise I can do to shift them ?

Short answer: no. You cannot "spot burn" fat.

You can build muscle in certain areas however. Continue your workout, stick to a goal, and join us on Wednesdays for a chat here: http://www.theanswerb.../Question1111194.html
I have no constructive answer, I just wanted to add a little giggle at your description - back titties. Lol!
Hi Whitbybabe.

Sounds like your doing some great exercises for your weight loss and muscle toning. These will help with the fat back.

I also had those ugly fat bits just under the bra, now that I have lost 4 stone they have gone, so my question to you is, are you very much overweight? If so, all I can say is that they will shrink over time with the more weight you lose and all those great exercises.

Good luck
This probably won't help, but Alan Partridge suffers from the same problem!
Keep on doing what you are and it will go eventually. Everyone lays down fat in their own way and loses it in their own way you can't target definite areas. Be patient and you will get there.
Not an expert, but I would have thought lifting some hand held weights with your arms outstretched may help and some upper body stretching excercises should help. Well done & good luck with the plan!
See what happens as your weight loss regime continues. If you are left with them at the end there is always liposuction I suppose.
no, you are going towards good, 1-2 pounds a week are good :), keep jogging, yoga and all that. morning walk is necessary for that :)
Are you sure that these rolls of "fat" aren't there simply because your bra is the wrong size?
Just a thought.
