Excessively oily hair

Please, can anyone recommend a shampoo for very oily hair? A friend in her eighties has asked but my hair is dry so I can't help. Thank you.

It is a low-cost synthetic preservative for which many large cosmetic brands have tried to fund study to prove that prolonged usage is safe; all studies failed.
