Having overplucked eyebrows, I foolishly agreed to let my daughter dye mine. I didn't realise she was using black dye and now I look as if I have two fat slugs above my eyes.

You'll have to shave them off and draw them back on. It's all the rage at the moment :-)

For future reference (when the dye eventually wears off!) use a powder to just fill in the gaps. Much more natural than heavy pencil.

For now...er...embrace that scouse brow!

If you are VERY, VERY careful it will come off with bleach - ordinary domestic type. I used to do mine (my brows are white blonde) and often got splodges where they shouldn't be. Be very careful and make sure you wash very thoroughly afterwards. I don't bother now - too old!!
