Spots All Around Back Of My Scalp

just noticed a lot of spots around back of my scalp, only thing i can think of is the water i wash my hair with or if i was in bath 2 days ago and was lying in water with that area on the water line, maybe the bath was dirty and not cleaned i dont know, certainly looked ok but i cant figure out why these spots are all around back of my head...

would head and shoulders medicated shampoo help clear them ?

Red? watery blebs? painful? raised? flat?

they seem small , but if i could see them i would imagine they are red, theyre itchy and ive been scratching.

Well, if you are not suffering pain in the back of the neck and you haven't any swollen glands behind the neck, I would suggest that it may well be an allergy....to what?........possibly shampoo?

I would buy some 1%hydrocortisone ointment and apply twice daily.

It is a very common place to get eczema, which appears as tiny red itchy spots. It is the only place that my partner gets it though I suffer in other places too, we figure that there must be a major nerve in the area. If it is you can buy treatment shampoo in the chemists that is very effective.
