For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Rather than brushing them with a dry toothbrush (ow!) try a wet toothbrush with a very little bit of toothpaste on, then keep them protected - Blistex will mend them in 24 hours if they're cracked, and just wear lippy/Body Shop lip balm/lipsalve on a regular basis. It just seems to be one of those things which some folks (like thee and me) get. Good luck
