A handful of evil men on this planet are causing so much death and destruction and global insecurity, and other consequential problems.  They are like real life Bond villains, only a lot worse.  Despite all the knowhow and technological capabilities today to eliminate dangerous individuals, these men remain seemingly untouchable.  Yet surely the vast majority of people in the World just want to live in peace and should do everything possible to ensure that.
