Nsi Daughter 18

I have my daughters nsi details but I was wondering how she gains access of it now she is 18. Her father set up the bonds but I'm not sure how it works now. Her father is trying to say she can't have this money, not that she was to spend it but does anyone know how the nsi work? Thank you

If her name is on the account it'll transfer to her after 18th birthday. Is her name on it or is it all just in dad's name

If the bonds are in her name she can just log in her account on the NSI site

I was assuming they were savings bonds rather than premium bonds but you could be right. Which are they pukkapig?

They are premium bonds ... my concern is they told me their dad got them to sign something.. I don't know what ... so I  a bit concerned she doesn't receive the cheques she was told they are being automatically paid into the premium bonds, maybe that was what the signature was about.  She won't talk to her dad as he doesn't answer her.  Anyway before we call them I wanted to have a better understanding.

She actually became the 'owner' of her bonds when she reached the age of 16.
