cheap beauty tips/home made treatments

hiya, I'm a bit skint at the mo - can anyone give me some cheap beauty tips, or natural home made ones. They can be anything from hair treatments to feet pampering!

was told years ago that if you rinse your hair (after washing) with a weak solution of vinegar and water, it makes it shine like new !!!

this for dry skin on feet, put on lots of moisturizer and a pair of socks overnight, after a few nights, skin is lovely and soft, ready for the summery sandals, doing it now, ready to go away on saturday!

My wife and her flatmate used to paste each other in epsom salts and powdered kelp and then clingfilm themselevs really tight all over and then bandage over the top and soak in a hot bath for an hour then rinse off in the shower in cold water. It looked hilarious and sounded hilarious ( as they screamed at the cold water) BUT they proved to me that they drastically reduced inches. I didn't believe them and they made me measure them before and after ( ankles, calves, thighs, hips, waist, under boobs, bust, neck and arms) and both of them lost masses. I had to shut up and stop laughing then. My wife still does it.
