perming lotion - no rollers??
5 Answers
what would happen if you put perming lotion just onto your hair without rollers and brushed it straight? or perhaps hung your head upside down?
i have had a perm in the past and found i could straighten it and it was much thicker and fuller.
is this because of the curl or does the lotion itself have a thickening effect?
my hair has a slight natural curl at the ends so obviously this would disappear, but would i get body at the top?
any thoughts?
cheers

he he guys
ali, i want the volume more than the straightness really, just wondered if this stuff had a thickening effect. i would think the straightening solution is largely the same stuff, isn't it?
only difference form the instructions is that there would be no rollers...everything else would be done the same.
i thought the upside down thing would be like a root lift too
if i decide to try it, i'll let you know...
any one know any good wig suppliers? just in case...
