ridges on nails

I have very slight ridges on my nails. What causes it? I have a good diet and dont eat rubbish very often.

I have the same problem, they come and go on various nails now and then....

Got it on one of my thumb nails at the moment actually..

i had that too mine was from pulling off nail extentions and they damaged them lasted for ages

I think you could be deficient in iron and poss. anaemic
