bleached hair gone wrong

i recently got my hair highlighted but wasnt happy with end result as i wanted it lighter so i bleached my hair and i hate it - can i buy normal hairdye and dye my hair again? if so how long do i have to wait before i can dye my hair?

Yes you can dye it again, but it is so much easier to go darker.
You can dye it straight away, ive done it before & never had a problem, depends also what colour dye you are wanting to use.
If you want to go dark again i would highly recommend the Loreal expert dye's that come in a big red box - they are very good if you want a 'multi-tonal' type of colour.

Just be careful. My friend bleached her hair then put a dark dye on it and ended up with a lovely green/blue colour!! Hairdresser told her to put a red dye on first, then a dark dye.

I agree with Sleepy, if you go from blonde to dark in one session the result is likely to be green, or at least a shade of khaki. It's not a good idea to attempt this procedure yourself whatever anyone says.

Go back to your stylist, explain that you were not happy the first time and know you should have come back - but did it yourself. Hairdressers can never resist someone who's made a mess, as they love to put things right with that tut! tut! look on their face. Good luck!
