Sling back sandals

I got a pair of lovely sling back sandals recently.The problem is that the strap is constantly slipping down and the shoe just won't stay on.There are no buckles to tighten them so I was just wondering if anyone has any tricks that they use to keep the straps up...aside from glueing them toyour ankles!!Thanks

You could take them to a cobbler to have then adjusted.

and remember next time that it's usually best to buy a half size smaller when buying slingbacks!
