soft fingernails

my fingernails are very soft and when they grow they curl under a bit and dont grow straight,is there anything i can do to help stop this happening and whats the best thing to strengthen them?

pay a visit to your Health shop and ask them for either glycerin or calcium, they may have a concoction that will help. they are usually quite good at that sort of thing, .

Sally Hensen - cant remember the exact name but the varnish is a light pink colour. Strong as Nails maybe? Really good. Can get it in Boots/Superdrug. Apply two coats then one a day and your nails will get stronger. I swear by it and have recommended it to friends who have found its great too.
