hi its my mums birthday at the end of april and i would love to book a spa break, facial etc., for the two of us, maybe an overnight stay depending on the cost, can anybody recommend one in the norfolk, suffolk areas

try www.warnerbreaks.co.uk they have a few spa packages, even if you don't go with one of their packages they recommend some lovely spa hotels :)

May be a bit far. but I always go to Hoar Cross Hall. Near litchfield. midweek overnight stays are about 150.00 & you get 1/2hr facial or massage. Lunch evening meal (very nice) breakfast..then lunch again. Use of all facilities & classes.
