Summer body glow lotions

Last year, I used Johnson's holiday skin but ended up a bit orange (I am naturally fair skinned) and found that the lotion stained my underwear. There are a lot more products on the market now. Can anyone recommend the best? I'm talking a daily product rather than something like St Tropez.

The dove one is a much better colour! And it's on 2 for 1 in sainsburys at the minute! Also it doesnt have that strong fake tan smell

I have also heard that the Olay one in the yellow tube is good but i've never tried it personally.

yeah im fair skinned and used the johnson one...not a good look. will be interested in your responses to this one!

The Nivea one gives a good colour - not orange. I used it last year (I am very pale naturally so need something subtle).

The best one ive ever bought was from the Avon book. It leaves your skin really soft (and not orange),i used it all last year. I think its back in the book for this year.

Oh defintaely use Dove!! I'm so pale and used so many, but this one really gives an even natural colour without that horrible biscuit smell lol!

I am pale skinned and like you got tangoed with Johnsons last year,have since tried Dove Summer Glow and would highly recommend it,but remember to exfoliate first.

Thanks everyone. I've given the Dove product a whirl over the weekend (the one for fair to normal skin) and it is much, much better.

There is no horrible smell and the colour is really subtle. It's still a pain having to wait for the lotion to dry before getting dressed but I think this is a feature of all these products. I'll probably just stick to using it at the weekend when I have the time to hang around in the morning.

oil of olay is brilliant, just started using it after trying many, and ive been telling everyone , theres no patches no streaks nice natural that you can build up and best of all it fades naturally doesnt fade patchy, its the best ive used so far and ive just tried st tropez everyday but oil of olay beats it hands down.

Deffinatly Dove ! Best coverage, colour and no staining ! Thumbs up from a fair skin user! x
