I have millia on my face ( the little white milk spots), ive tried going to a beauticians where she did prick the skin and get some out but it didnt make that much difference and its was �45. Does anyone know of a skin peel that will take the layer of skin off so that they will come out?

It won't be as quick as a salon treatment but trying a facial scrub or home peel should help over a few weeks to unblock the pores. My faves are Clinique 7 Day scrub and L'Oreal Dermo Expertise Refinish Anti-ageing Glycolic Peel Kit. Although, don't use both together cos they'll be too harsh. Might also be worth laying off the moisturiser on the affected areas. I find they just add to my problems when I'm a bit spotty.
