hi , can anyone tell me how to use a home brand sunbed please, for example , do you need to put on any creams before or after , do you need to exfoliate before, i am a complete novice and any help with how to use a sunbed safley would be appriciated , many thanks , shez

No such thing as using a sunbed safetly. Ruins your skin and makes it look like leather later in life. But your skin, isnt there an instruction manual with it?
