What's the best way of getting rid of pubic hair (sorry to be so crude!). I'm not particularly hairy but i;d like to get it down to just a narrow, fine strip without waxing (which i think will hurt too much!). It's just a wee pressie for my boyfriend. I've heard shaving isn't a very good idea. How about hair removal cream? Someone suggested immac but i don't really know what that is. Thanks in advance. xxx

Immac hair removal cream is probably your best bet for 1st time, you can get it anywhere boots, superdrug, supermarket. Make sure you get the bikini line one. Just put it on areas you want removed and leave for 10 mins, then wash off. That simple. Shaving is usually a bit itchy when it grows back!

I've tried the removal creams for bikini areas and haven't found one that works! The hair is much coarser and stronger and even when the cream is left on for longer than the recommended time, it doesnt get rid of it!

Stick to shaving or waxing, if you shave it properly it won't hurt or itch!

well mine comes away lovely with immac (must be bikini line one) and when it comes back its much softer. I do shave sometimes and it always leaves a little rash or is a bit rough when it comes back. Although i must agree waxing is much better for a longer lasting effect.
depends on time you have and personal preference i suppose x

I think i might try the immac cream, just for a first go. So is the immac that has been renamed veet? And is it the bikini line/underarm hair one i want (i looked on the box and it said not to be used in genital areas, but im assuming as long as im careful it will be fine?) Thanks xxx
