i use a thing called ingro go from the skin doctors (available in Boots!). This is just for the odd ingrown hair I might get. There was someone on a programme recently, i think it might have been embarrasing illnesses programme. There was someone on there and I think they were referred for some kind of lazer treatment - not laser hair removal it just helped the folicles or something. Feel you should discuss with your doctor or a skin specialist. Good Luck
