I work for a company who sell Endermologie machines to beauty salons and spas. The machine has 85 clinical studies proving it works and has been around for 21 years.
Amongst other things (getting rid of cellulite, sculpting, etc) it also has a setting for loose or sagging skin and uses mechanical rollers to manipulate the connective tissue in the skin...
Basically book in somewhere in your area for a course of Endermologie and be sure to tell them that loose skin is your area of concern. Ask to see the before and after pics too.
Otherwise I think you'll either have to try the skin forming creams or go under the knife?

if loose skin doesn't spring back within about 6 months of the weight loss, then you're pretty much stuck with it, and no amount of excercise will help, because excercises tone the muscle under the skin, but not the skin itself.
This Endermologie thing may work, i've never come across it. But one of my friends has loads of saggy skin from where she lost 12 stone in a year doing the cambridge diet, her GP told her an Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) was her only option.
