don"t you just hate it when people let you down? tattooist was coming to my house and we were going to go through the perm eyeliner i want done on my top lids. All week i have been looking forward to it and trying to find info about it......... only for him to cancel last min! gutted as now have builders in for a week and everything upside down, inside out. though he wasn't actually doing it we were getting the ball running and finding out if and when would be getting done. p"d off!
