I just found out today from Avon, that they have discontinued this product. I found it to be very good, especially for the dry skin on my (underside) feet. I like to use Australian Foot Ointmtent, which is very good, and contains Urea, but can anyone tell me a dry skin relief cream like Avon's as a good substitiute.

Whenever Avon discontinue a product, they usually introduce a close substitute, and it's worth looking through the catalogue at their ranges (there's a full range of foot care products, and there's also the Skin-So-Soft range, which my mum swears by).

If you want a decent urea-based cream, have a look at the Eucerin range. My son used to use their cream for his eczema - worked wonders. You can get it over the counter from the chemist very easily.
CCS (Swedish) foot cream and balm is excellent (the balm especially as it has a very high percentage of urea of really bad cracked skin) and is available in Boots. I have found it by far the best.
Superdrugs vanilla body lotion is good - so is E45 or sudocrem - why pay for a brand name (like Avon) when there's other products around that are cheaper and often better?
I use AVEENO hand cream....my hands are in water a lot and that is the best of all that I have tried. E45 emolliant wash is also good-it leaves a fine film on the skin to help it stay soft
The thing about dry skin on the underside of feet is that it causes skin (especially around the heels) to crack badly and bleed. Ordinary creams for dry skin relief don't work at all. Until recent years you could only get cream with urea on prescription, but fortunately it is now available for sale generally. It is essential to get a cream containing urea, and the higher the percentage of urea in a cream the quicker it will work.
The most AMAZING remedy is Scholl Heel Balm. One application and you're cured!! Try it!
