avon dry skin relief cream
6 Answers
I just found out today from Avon, that they have discontinued this product. I found it to be very good, especially for the dry skin on my (underside) feet. I like to use Australian Foot Ointmtent, which is very good, and contains Urea, but can anyone tell me a dry skin relief cream like Avon's as a good substitiute.

If you want a decent urea-based cream, have a look at the Eucerin range. My son used to use their cream for his eczema - worked wonders. You can get it over the counter from the chemist very easily.

The thing about dry skin on the underside of feet is that it causes skin (especially around the heels) to crack badly and bleed. Ordinary creams for dry skin relief don't work at all. Until recent years you could only get cream with urea on prescription, but fortunately it is now available for sale generally. It is essential to get a cream containing urea, and the higher the percentage of urea in a cream the quicker it will work.
