Is there anyway that you can get your hair permed with large curls instead of tight spirals?

I will be having a baby in April and know I won't have much time to spend on myself , would this be an answer?

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

It's many a year since I had a perm but from what I remember it's the way you dry and style it that really defines the style. When I had a baby I had my hair cut into a bob. It was really easy to wash and style, and it didn't even really matter if I didn't have time to dry it, it still looked okay.
Having a perm whilst pregnant isn't a good idea anyway. Most good hairdressers would refuse to perm it until at least 3 months after the baby has arrived. You never can tell how the hair will take to chemical treatments during pregnancy.
