Perfectil or Imedeen tablets

Can anyone tell me if these actually work. I am getting married this year and need something to help improve the condition of my skin, hair and nails. I have also seen boots own capsules but not sure which ones to pruchase. Any advice appreciated.

If the ingredients are exactly the same I would go for the boots own. Don't know if they any will work though, they could all just be hype but its no harm in trying

Hi,I've been taking Holland and Barretts Skin,hair and nail tablets now for a few months and they're great.Everything is in better condition and they're not too pricey either.
