I need a perfumed houseplant, no taller than 10 inches. It will only be cared for once a week. I have thought of Citrus plant, gardenia and jasmine. The plant needs to give its perfume freely without me having to touch its leaves. It would need to be in flower between March and June, roughly. Any ideas please?
