If I have Dark / Medium brown hair, big green eyes and I like to wearing read and black clothing. What eye make up and lipstick should I wear. I want to make my eyes to appear smaller?

Can't really help, but if you have big green eyes I'd say make them a feature, it's a beautiful colour to have. Don't make them smaller!

Don't wear dark eyeliner - it accentuates the eyes.

dark eyeshadow will make your eyes appear smaller, whilst a red or bright lipstick will draw attention to your lips instead
