Here in the States, they treat these kinds of problems with lasers with great results. If you have them on your face, I would definitely look into it. Go online and try to find a plastic surgeon who does this.
Avon also do a Clinical Laser, that costs between �10 and �15, depending on offers. They supposedly fade the redness of the small broken capillaries, and can be used on the face, legs, etc.
For a more long-term or permanant solution, I think proper laser treatment's the only way.
I was watching a program on morning tv and they were telling you the best products of the year awards. For concealer it said Barbara Daly concealer from the Tesco range is one of the best.
