Looking for a bit of advice. I use facial products as recommended by my beautician (MD Formulations) but I do not like the moisturiser. I have a combination skin, quite oily. I am in my late 30s and am looking for a cream that will help with wrinkles, particularly forehead and between eyebrows. of course lots of adverts and i do feel superdrug seems to do good deals but just do not know what to go for, happy to hear your views.

My skin is like yours. I use No7 Protect & Perfect Beauty Serum followed by No7 Intelligent Balance Day Fluid. I think they work well.x

I've tried MD products and didn't like them either. I always swear by Dermalogica products, which are also used at many beauty salons. Try the Active Moist, it's formulated for combination skin and is quite light and fragrance free.

No moisturising cream will help wrinkles, especially forehead lines. The only thing that works temporarily is Botox.

I plan to have Botox for my 40th next March. I've had fillers and they worked a treat.

Botox causes paralysis of the muscles, so making certain facial expressions becomes harder, like frowning or eyebrow raising. The treated area becomes very smooth and line free.

Fillers contain a substance called Hyualuronic Acid, which is found naturally in the body. The Filler is injected into the lines, (usually areas like the nose to mouth creases) and it plumps them out temporarily. It lasts about 3-9 months.

i take it there must be a big difference in price? I would like to get rid of that deep frown line i have - wrinkly forehead I can deal with (thanks to my fringe!).

Botox is cheaper than fillers about �150. Fillers about �300 plus depending on product, there are many kinds on the market. Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane amongst others.
