Of course everybody knows carrots are good for teeth-however as to the orange staining it's soooo inconvenient but might I recommend a mouthwash perhaps Cillit Bang or Domestos as an apres teeth cleansing mouthwash (that's if you are not already foaming at the mouth in whic case it might be superfluous)

What about cutting them into goldfish shapes then putting them in a bowl of water, picking one out and eating it - its what my brother used to do to make me think he had eaten my goldfish.
