You can get it from Holland and Barrett. Its really good for making your hair grow longer and stronger. Ive started using it myself and my hairs really grown and the condition of it has really improved. Also maybe lay of the straightners and hairdryer till its back to its normal state.

i think i understand what you mean, for example you wake up and theres little bits of hair that have broken off (not long hair thats fallen out?) .
if so i have this problem as my hair is in such bad condition after i've washed it there will be broken bits left in the bath, after sleeping broke bits on the pillow and even ends up down my bra when i wear my hair to the front ? Really i think the answer to this is that there is no cure but to leave hair as natural as you can, use intensive conditioners/oils, get a trim and wait until it gets better condition.
Although if you don't use heated appliances and your hair breaks even though its in perfectly healthy condition then i can just advise never brushing it when its wet (use a very wide toothed comb if you have to). Wearing a hair net while you sleep as it lessens the strain on the hair when your moving about and try not to wash it too much as this weakens hair.
Finally i use skin, hair and nails formula from holland and barret which is often on sale which makes my nails very strong (havent seen a difference to the hair but thats because its far to damaged already) so maybe give it a go? Ooh la la is talking about Sea Kelp which i also use although its main advantage is suppose to be for a healthy thyroid ? So im not sure if thats the best one to take.
Hope i may have helped!
