How long will champagne keep in an unopened bottle? Don't think it's anything special in terms of brand/make, just unearthed from a cupboard where it's probably been 20+ years.

There's a little bit of a fizz if turned upside down - not much

There is a website www.allexperts.com and if you put a question in the food and drink section they will tell you. I have tried this and they are really god.

Hello dzug :D

"I drink champagne when I'm happy and when I'm sad. Sometimes I drink it when I'm alone. When I have company I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I'm not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise I never touch it unless I'm thirsty." Madam Lilly Bollinger

Just open it and see.... think thats the only way to tell..... xxx
If the bottle has been stored in a cool dark place on its side then there's every chance that it will be good. As has been said, there's only one way to find out.
