ladies/girls haircuts at the barbershop

ladies/ girls , my barbershop has a female base of 30% what would tempt u to visit a barber for a trim and what should i change ( my barbershop is traditional)

If you mean change to get more ladies in then I'd look for good offers and a nice welcome, a nice cup of tea always goes down well with me along with some nice comfy seating. For me, getting my hair cut is a nice treat and time out so I want to feel like I'm being pampered a bit.

I guess it depends what kind of thing you are thinking of providing, just simple trims or a full blown ladies hairdressing service.
