Bad skin at 29....
5 Answers
Hi,
I've never really had any issue with acne - but for the last 6 months or so, I've been experiencing bad skin in the two areas to either side of my chin. Right worse that left. I've tried increasing the cleaning regime, but without any luck. The top half of my face is fairly dry and the chin area seems oilier....
Any ideas?

New Year, new skin care routine, again.
You may be tackling the problem like using a sledge hammer to crack a nut. Increasing the cleansing is not always the ideal solution. Thats not to say that I think you should have dirty skin, Noooo not at all.
But ,do take a close look at the ingredients lists on the products you are using. It may be that they are far too harsh, and causing your skin to react by producing yet more sebum, or becoming more irritated thus more spots.
If you are interested you may also find useful help and assistance with skin care issues on the Its Not Easy Being Green Forum www.itsnoteasybeinggreen.org/forum a lovely lady called IndicaMama on the forum is really helpful and knowledgeable about the issue you are having just now.
Hope the acne clears up easily and quickly for you.

Wow - thanks for all your feedback!
I have started with some Vitamin supplements and I've switched to an oil free moisturiser. It does seem better
I guess it is inside and out that I need to try and take care of!
Will add Evening Primrose though!
Don't really use expensive face products...... OH and no real hormonal changes that I know of.
