i cant get my hair the white blonde i long for !!!

hey, for a while I've been trying to get my hair white-blonde but my attempts havn't worked.
I didnt expect it to work straight away but now ive bleched my hair 4 times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of coarse though not day after day :P:) before dying the first time it was dyed red. its now a yellow blonde but i want it whiter !

im just wondering, does anyone have any advise on how to get it whiter or know any products that will do the trick ?? :)

You're wanting you hair to be platinum?

If that's the case I highly recommend you go to a professional hairdresser and be prepared for it to be painful too. Your hairdresser will need to strip your hair before applying the colour.

hi im a hairdresser and all i can say is get it done professionally!!! you mustve knackered ur hair already. If it was red before dying it thats the hardest colour it can be to get blonde, it must need more bleac on but surely ur hair must be very dry now?

yeah, i went to a hairdresser to see how my hair would cope with being bleached and fortunatly she said it was safe. but amazingly to everyones suprise my hair has done the opposite effect to what we thought would happen ( get very dry) it actualy got a lot more moisture !!! ?!?!?!?! the red i had in did do bad for my hair though so maybe it was the S&C i switched too.

i changed to using a very mositizing shampoo and conditioner after i bleached it the first time.


So no my hair is in really good condition ( somehow lol and luckily )

Thats really great however won't your roots grow in dark? You may have been better getting highlights.

I'm in your situation, am going from red and want white blonde hair. My hairdresser is doing mine. The first bleaching left my hair several different colours so she had to put a light brown toner on, which she assures me will bleach right out the next time i have it bleached (in 2 days time) she also told me to leave at least a fortnight between bleachings and that it should take 3-4 full bleaches in total.

erm i never really have a problem with my roots they come through as a mousy-brown but the thing is hair grows about 1cm a month so its not too bad and besides by the end of the month i usualy touch up my hiar because the colour fades :\ i dont mind too much to be honest it stops me getting very bored like i often do and then decide for a whole dramatic change haha :P :)

try using there flashlightning bleach kits, there amazing i had really dark brown hair i used the 40 vol on my hair and now my hair is white and it didnt burn my scalp im really pleased with it.. need to order soon though my roots are starting to show lol x x
