How do you know if you are a fake tan person

Some people look really nice with a fake tan and I'm wondering if I should get one. I never used to be bothered about looking immaculate and well groomed but the past couple of days since having my hair done and the hairdressers were so perfectly immaculate I have become a bit obsessed about my appearance. I have bleached the dark hair on my arms and want to get a manicure and maybe start waxing rather than shaving.

Try getting a light shade done to see if you like it. I think far too many people go overboard with tanning and just look strange and orange.

Definitely have the hair waxed, so it doesn't grow back coarse from shaving.

most people suit a tan, I suggest you use a moisturiser which will gradually build a tan over a few days....you usually see results from the first day but you can build the colour up.
I use latex gloves to apply then when u have done everywhere rdont forget the backs of your hands!
If you cant be bothered doing all that then get a spray tan...it only takes 10 mins but they last for up to a week and u feel fab!

Some folk look lovely with a tan - whether fake or not - but I prefer not to have one. We all know the damage that the sun can do to the skin, and who's to say what months or years of putting chemicals on your skin is eventually going to do?
