Coconut oil....

I see a lot of skin and hair products that use coconut oil....what benefits does it have???

Coconut oil is really good for scaring. I've got a couple of scars and have been putting it on them for years and one of the scars on my back has nearly fainted.

Don't know about hair though

Any oil is good to use on hair and face but coconut oil smells nice too! Around the mediteranean a lot of women still use olive oil but have to perfume it.
