Tiny White Puss/white stuff Filled 'Spots'

Hi All, F

or about 2 years now I've had loads of these little white puss filled spots, literally tiny. Usually they're tiny, but sometimes they are a bit bigger.

Anyway, anyone know what these are? They started from my groin area, where literally am covered down there in little white puss filled dots/spots. Now I get them on my head and generally round the face. Even when I get a normal red spot, they bring out a whitehead asap through this i reckon.

I wouldn't describe them as spots really, they're just little puss filled things that sometimes come out with white stuff (puss), and other times more pressure is needed.

It's just a nuisance, I get spots anyway but these things are a pain in the backside now.
Anyone know what they sound like or how to get rid of them?

It could be your pores are blocked xASH. Try an exfoliating scrub there's plenty about. Another reason could be greasy skin?
