Please help need medical advice

Ok this is not funny but well if the boot was on other foot guess I would laugh just a really tiny bit! Its like this for the last month my faeces has been lets say black and a bit constipated, few times. NOW oh my god I am in PAIN. Been like this since Monday. Feels like razor blades in bottom and when I have to do number 2 well its kills and been on prune juice so been ok there haha! This is hard writing this hehe! Anyway also feels sore on the lips area at front and a little swollen, feels like someone is kicking me where it hurts. Stinging and was itching in bum area but been using anusol and that has eased a tiny bit. But I can hardly walk its still that painful and cant get to see doctor until Monday, Help please! Any advice you can give to miracle cure this? Oh and I recently started to drink Shiraz red wine and dont normally drink this, would this cause constipation and therefore lead to this which I think is piles. Could it be anything else to do with liver/kidneys or anything like that. Just I am worried and in so much pain.

Go to your doctor or the hospital as soon as possible. Although I'm sure you could get advice here NONE of us could diagnosis the problem. You need to get medical help asap.

in the mean time try using an ice pack to ease the pain .

     I remember a doctor saying black poo is caused by bleeding way up in there.

     Hopefully you can not read this for a while because you are at the hospital by now.

If for some reason you can't get to a hospital, get to your nearest drop-in health centre - I had to use one last week for the first time, and the person that saw to me was very professional and very helpful.

NHS Direct can advise on your condition (and my guess is they'll almost certainly advise you to get to your nearest hospital so a doctor can see to you), or give you the location of your nearest drop-in centre.  Call them on: 0845 4647

i had this problem and its caused by not eating enough fibre and this leads to an anal fissure and anusol didnt work at all hope you feeling better

Lindy Loo is right on the ball as usual.  She gives good advice.....your problem may be as `simple` as a bleeding ulcer and an anal fissure BUT there`s no real option other than getting professional help ASAP to rule out the really nasty but unlikely possibilities.

Thank you so much for your advice. I hate mithering doctors but I did take your advice. I went to doctors this morning and he referred me to hospital for blood tests. He does not think it was piles but maybe a tear inside but is also concerned about black faeces. Defo not ulcers and I am soo glad, but possibly anaemic, whatever that is hehe! I know its to do with lack of iron, but I thought when facaes was black that meant too much. So a bit lost but will get results in a few days.
