It's just hydrogen peroxide in a tube - but thickened so you can paint it on your teeth

if you want to whiten your teeth, go to Ebay and buy some Crest Whitening Strips.

I find the arm and hammer toothpaste with baking soda in it does a good job of whitening up teeth

I just use wilkingsons whiting tooth paste (69p) but really scrub them hard for about 5 mins twice a day i also don't smoke, drink tea, coffee or booze and hardly ever have fizzy drinks but I always get compliments about them and i've never had any fillings.
