Face packs

Right ladies
The sun is out the sky is blue and it may very well hot up a bit a bit soon which means less slap. .This winter has taken it's toll on my skin and in spite of exfoliating ,cleansing and whatnot it looks dingy to me .
I don't expect miracles at my age but just need something to brighten my skin a bit and make it look a bit fresher .Do any of you use face packs on a regular basis and if so what can you recommend .

You're not goin to believe this. I had to take the foam 'squirt up me bum stuff 'back to Pharmacy to get them to explain to me how to fill the thing with foam and do the job. So he showed me what to do! which when explained is simple and then I said, as a joke, there's this last diagram which was the actual application and he laughed and said he wasn't going to explain that one. :¬)
So my first attempt was a disaster as when I pressed the thing to deliver the foam into the applicator it shot across the room as I wasn't holding it tight enough. Some Fuffoowaffin went on then I can tell you!
I now hamve my pjs on and dressing gown. Ready for diving into bed for a good nights sleep sometime I hope.....

I have decided to go grey with dignity....I blooming earned every one of them!!
Desparate dieting as a teen gave me heaps....happily when I resumed normal eating they subsided. The foam sounds fun...I had little soapy bullets

Just done my online shop from Sainsburys .Also free delivery but have spent over 100 notes .I shuffled a few bottles of inkahol in there !
I wish we had Waitrose here .I used to shop there in London but the nearest one here is over the other side of Norwich and they don't come out this far east to deliver .

Nice Waitrose delivery boy suggested to me that I should book my christmas delivery if I wanted one. You make the minimum order for anything and book a slot then you've got till the morning of the day before to order what you actually want and take out of the basket anything you don't want. Sis will be here this year so we will probably just slob around and watch tv.

Oh woofy I tried the going grey gracefully and I looked awful, when hair is a uniform grey all over I won't mind but am only grey in areas.

Jude I've never heard of spray up the bum stuff, yuk never want too.

Juni I am more of a status bronze, but I think the blue/grey has gone at least.

I am lucky its fairly evenly spread. In the summer It just makes me look blonde rather than mouse but I look a bit salt and pepper in the winter

Bit of a faff until I sussed out what to block where .I only blocked Ads on here and hey presto my back button suddenly works on here too !!
Now all we need to do is sort out Neti's hair and poppy :)

Morning Neti and everyone. Very foggy here again today so we only had a quick wander. Dogs are back snoring and I am warming up with a cup of coffee before going back to bed. Fog horns going off here...its quite nice.

I've suddenly found that if you right-click on any blank part of the screen you get a list starting with "Back". This has probably been there since 1915 and I've never noticed it before.

Good morning all. Frosty morning today. Had to wrap up when I went to the paper shop. Was woken up bh a coughing bout in the night and had to get up for a drink of water but seems a bit better today.
Neti, the foam stuff is ok when you get it right. I wont go into great detail - but it is soothing.
I have to go to a funeral reception this afternoon and I have to say I'm not really in the mood for it. I'm meeting my sis and we're going together so I'll be fine once I get going.
Lottie is waiting for help with her 'puter but I expect she'll be back soon.
The name Liz Earle rings a bell Woofy. Is she an actress or something.
I'm off out now to buy my 'special' Christmas cards. I really need a walk.

I always click on file and get the same options as clicking 'back' in a space.
Just got back from buying my special ChristmasCards. Not that they aren't all special it's just that I have to have Sister, Brother, Son etc on them. That's what I meant. When I re read I thought it sounded a bit odd.
I was going to go on a 5 mile walk tomorrow but have cancelled as I don't think I'll have the energy.
Going to get my lunch in a bit then get dressed appropriately for this funeral reception.

Special xmas cards jude?? I buy a job lot and they all get one of them!

Have just reserved myself a lovely pair of knee high (and they really are) tan boots with fleece (!) trim, which has broken my bank!

Just cleaned out all the rubbish ourside the back door, ie old food processor (works but filthy), old chip pan, set of 8 lager glasses, have hoarded them for years so they are now binned.

Went back to Town Hall and caused another fuss"oh I only work here etc etc" from the mayor's secretary, it's the political party whi is at fault, so I ranted and she has promised to deliver a stern note to the offending party (Maria). "But I'm only an employee!" Sick to the back teeth with the lot of them.
