Epilator!
Hello everyone!
Has anyone here used an epilator? Are the results better than shaving? Is it as painful as I think it could be??
I saw an advert for the new Braun one that's half price at the moment and it had some pretty impressive selling points. Just want to see if anyone though it was worth it? http://www.braun.com/...tors/silk-epil-7.html

Although I don't think it works so well on my legs (I don't feel as smooth as when I shave so end up with legs that are 'sort of smooth' for the next few weeks) but the other big area I do is my arms and it's brilliant for that.
I wouldn't go anywhere near my bikini line with it... Or rather I did and I won't again!

I use one on my legs and it can be sore to start with, but as you get used to using it that eases. As CD says, it's not as close as shaving so I have been known to shave too if I'm going somewhere. I use it on my bikini line too and again, it's sore to start but less so as you go on. It does mean you don't get a shaving rash which I'm prone to and the hair is much softer when it comes back in. Don't try it on your underarms though - it makes a sound like denim ripping and is fecking agony!!!!
