It seems its becoming a bit of a trend,ears getting pinned back,and a boob job,wouldnt it be nice the men had a bit of surgery also?

I am pleased to say I have a bloke he isn't the average 60 year old. Mainly due that he has a wife who buys his clothes, cuts his hair and nags him!!

Mrs overall if we're going to start on mens profuse nasal/ear hair then in the way of fairness we have to mention women's mustaches ever growing insanity they quickly spiral into straight after the menopause and lets not forget the nonstop nagging from cradle to grave.

How ridiculous. Since having had surgery a few times now I would never, NEVER opt to have surgery for cosmetic reasons unless I was badly burned or similar.

Why people put themselves through this is beyond me. I am not happy with my body like everyone else but it is my body and what I was born with so why should I change it?!

Vanity can kill.

Same here Greedyfly. I have had to had surgery for medical reasons on quite a few occasions and I can't honestly understand why anybody would choose to have it just to improve their looks, unless they had real problems, e.g. burns or deformaties.
