OMG, I decided to put dark brown tips in my hair today

which in fact was my original colour when I was younger, I am going out tonight with the girls for an Italian meal and I'm not sure I like what I have done...arghhhh

awww smudge don't fancy the bald look although I think some women when they have had to endure dreadful chemo often look very beautiful, Jade Goody comes to mind and Sally out of Corrie, that said, these women are very brave people and courageous too

At the risk of sounding a real cow here, wouldn't a womn of your age (I'd even think twice about it at mine) look slightly odd with brown tips on her hair? Sort of mutton dressed as lamb approach?

Please don't get offended, not meaning to offend at all, i just think sometimeas it's better to try to look more natural, even if the natural look in the end is fake as buggery!

Housemate is 64 this year has silver hair with dark charcoal lowlights looks beautiful really elegant and striking

BOO, My hair is short and feathered. It is brown with very blonde highlights which camouflage my bits of grey. So the back of my hair has long brown strangly bits and I have straggly brown bits at the side.

I don't care that I am 64 next month!! I am not mutton trying to dress as lamb - I just like my hair like that?
