Itchy sore spots

I have a cluster of spots to the right of my navel which are really itchy but painful, Anyone got any idea what they could be ?

If they don't get better check with GP or chemist, could be anything - bites, allergic reaction, shingles even

That's where I had shingles and then they travelled round towards my back and stopped. Itchy and painful sounds right.

My heart goes out to anyone suffering from shingles as I had it in my thirties. It is a most debilitating illness for which there is no cure but time. It used to be said that if ever the spots met in full circle it meant certain death, though I'm sure Sqad will debunk that notion (or not?)

I am allergic to nickel and have found that the buttons on some jeans ans the occasional belt have brought me out in an itchy/painful rash close to my navel.

Are you wearing anything new with a metal fastening?
