Hi squad, could you help with this question please? If you start a Low Fat Diet, does the bad Bile remain in your Gall Bladder? Sometimes I feel so sick in the mornings and am putting weight on hand over fist, I've got to do something, so have decided to give a low fat diet a go. Thank you

Easty.....with a low fat diet, bile is still produced by the liver in normal levels.......the Gall Bladder is just a "bag" to keep the bile in whilst it is needed in the intestine and only fails to empty when there is an obstruction such as a stone, which clearly you do not have.(I presume)
Easty.....let me make it clear....I am not an expert on metabolism and obesity BUT...these diets, low fat (remember the body needs fats), Ducan, low protein etc ect are just short term and unsustainable. .....food without fat is tasteless.

The best and least painful way is to eat what you are already eating but less of it....combine this with more exercise if possible... swimming or walking and you will slowly and surely lose weight.....but you will always be you and nothing to be ashamed of.
Changing the type fats you do have may help try switching to things like those olive oil spreads, taking the fat from the outside of meat using a good quality vegetable oil and avoiding the high fat processed foods. e.g if you fancy having some crisps the 'baked' type are better... A really good non stick pan is worth getting to as you can 'fry' foods in the tiniest smear of ol

Thanks for your feed back squad, your right as usual. Will cut down on the junk food and do more exercise, otherwise I'd be rolling around the shops lol. Thanks to the rowan for their feedback also.
