Easty.....let me make it clear....I am not an expert on metabolism and obesity BUT...these diets, low fat (remember the body needs fats), Ducan, low protein etc ect are just short term and unsustainable. .....food without fat is tasteless.
The best and least painful way is to eat what you are already eating but less of it....combine this with more exercise if possible... swimming or walking and you will slowly and surely lose weight.....but you will always be you and nothing to be ashamed of.
