i have 2 bulging discs at the bottem of my back was diagnosed in jan ,i cannot have an operation so am having physio and am back to work after being off for 4 months .I used to walk about 1 and a half hours 2 - 3 times a week and my legs got quite toned ,

i cannot do this now but really want to get some of the weight off and get my legs toned again ,can you let me know any ideas cheers rachel

I think swimming is one of the best options and less painful! I now walk with a stick but still do gentle walking when I can. Good luck with everything x
