Evening Primrose Oil Vitamins

A previous brand I was taking stated that I should take 2 500mg capsules a day however on the brand I have now it says take only one 500mg capsule a day.
Why is there a difference in the dosage between the brands and does it matter if I took the 2 a day?

Depends upon the reason that you are taking it....500mgms seems a very small dose.
1000 mgmsis about the normal dose and even that is a bit low in my opinion.

I take it with b complex. So two a day of 500mg is okay?
