My wife has noticed this morning that her left elbow is a little swollen and feels mushy right on the elbow,anyone know the probable cause.?

Olecranon bursa. No big deal

Could also be a lipoma...again no big deal.

Monitor the situation for a couple of weeks.

Yepp...that's it all right.

Just try a cold compress (bag of frozen peas e.g) and bind tightly to the elbow, try and rest it as much as possible and put your arm in a sling until it settles.

It may or may not need aspirating ..........just see how it goes.
