I must say I bought those bits from Amazon as it was cheaper than over the counter. Didn't know it was something he could get free. Makes sense I suppose. Why would people quit if it's more expensive to do so :o)

I will warn that it's not all free, maybe only the first issue of patches, and it might depend on local policy/funding - but certainly worth finding out!

My daughter and son in law went to a hypnotist,just the one session. That was last year and they have'nt had a ciggie since,no cravings and they even sit with their friends who smoke and still dont crave. A session costs £!00 for an hour but it's worth it.
