what is fertility cleanse and how does it work

what do you do to do this? has anyone done it before? i remember big brother and the *Jamaican lady saying she does it, and now curiosity has taken over. I have never heard of it before.

I agree with Buenchico, BUT I think that it would give you something to mull over in your mind whilst you are having "fantastic sex"

It's common sense to try to make your body workings as clean and healthy as possible before trying to conceive though, you don't need any special treatments to get you ready to start.

Just read that link and it is total b@llocks.
One reason to 'cleanse' is 'if you have less than 2 bowel movements a day !'
Positively dangerous not just stupid.

I've just read it properly too - if a woman was having those sort of menstrual experience, it's the GP I'd be consulting, not quack self-medication.

It says you may have a 'misplaced uterus'. I had one of those once but I found it down the back of the couch ;)
